At Untox (theuntoxpets.com), we want your pet care products to reach you quickly and safely. This policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders across India.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email and/or WhatsApp notification with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. At checkout, you can enter your pin code to confirm delivery availability.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 2-4 business days
  • Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: 4-7 business days
  • Remote or rural areas: 7-10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. Any applicable shipping fee will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Courier Partners

We partner with trusted courier services to deliver your orders, including but not limited to Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and Ekart. The courier partner assigned to your order may vary based on your delivery location.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment directly on the courier partner's website.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for eligible pin codes. A small COD handling fee may be applied and will be shown at checkout. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept and pay for the order.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If our courier partner is unable to deliver your order (e.g., no one is available at the address, incorrect address), they will attempt re-delivery. After 2 failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, a re-shipping fee may apply for re-dispatch.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with photos or proof. We will file a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
