At Untox (theuntoxpets.com), we are committed to delivering safe, high-quality pet care products to your door. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Our Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products — which include pet food, supplements, and hygiene items — we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all pets.

However, we fully stand behind the quality of everything we sell. If something goes wrong on our end, we will make it right.

2. When Are Refunds Issued?

A refund or replacement will be issued in the following situations:

  • The product arrives damaged or broken due to transit
  • The product is defective or unusable upon delivery
  • The product delivered is different from what was ordered (wrong item or variant)
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery
  • The order was not delivered within the promised timeframe and confirmed lost by the courier

3. Products Not Eligible for Refund

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with (unless defective)
  • Products damaged due to improper use or storage by the customer
  • Orders where delivery was refused without a valid reason
  • Discounted or sale items (unless defective)

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos or a short video of the damage, defect, or incorrect item
  3. A brief description of the issue

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days
  • For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer
  • UPI and card refunds may take additional time depending on your bank

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us on WhatsApp. Once packed or dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
